The Port of Texas City Security Council, Inc. (PTCSC) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified marine and pile-driving contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, marine equipment, and barging required to:

1. Fabricate and Install two (2) new 4-pile timber structures with 8ft x 16 ft waterside security zone warning signs along the Port of Texas City Channel.
2. Deconstruct and Dispose of the existing deteriorated legacy 2-pile marker structures.
