The Port of Texas City Security Council is a non-profit organization which provides collective security efforts in and near the Port of Texas City and coordinates efforts among 14 member companies and outside federal, state and local agencies to develop and maintain awareness of security threats and improve communications and cooperative strategies to maintain and improve physical security, liaison and outreach and training, education, drills, exercises and other initiatives focused on safety and security.
